Main Responsibilities

At Actito, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Account Success Manager to join our team in Louvain-la-Neuve  and support a key portfolio of clients from various sectors.

In this role, you will be a true strategic partner for your clients: identifying growth opportunities and ensuring they get the most out of our platform. Your ability to understand their challenges, mobilize internal resources, and propose high-value initiatives will be essential to their success — and ours.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of around 25 clients (e-retail, media, leisure, etc.).

    • Manage a portfolio of clients with a value of 500.000 € ARR from key accounts working today on the Notificare platform. Portfolio made of large to medium accounts (for example, Hunkemöller, Ajax amsterdam, ...)

    • Manage a portfolio with a value of 500.000 € ARR from key accounts working today with Actito. Portfolio made of large key accounts (for example, Solidaris, Hubo, Deutsche bank, Baloise, ...)

    • You will be in contact with Dutch, Belgian and UK clients.

  • Understand clients' challenges and objectives to anticipate their needs and propose optimizations.

  • Analyze usage and performance data to identify growth and ROI opportunities.

  • Liaise with the product team to communicate feature requests and updates.

  • Coordinate internal team actions according to client needs and subscribed services.

  • Develop personalized growth strategies: upselling, cross-selling, risk prevention.

  • Handle administrative and commercial follow-up (contracts, invoicing).

  • Organize annual strategic meetings with your main clients, with the help of dedicated project services teams.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Represent Actito at events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, trade etc.) but also co-organize client events with marketing teams.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • You have a master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial or account management role, ideally within a B2B SaaS company

  • Marketing and CRM knowledge is preferred; understanding of digital marketing is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills

  • Persistent, well-organized, and committed

  • Dynamic, curious, autonomous, and proactive

  • Strong team spirit

  • You speak English and Dutch, French is a plus
